Otter: Do four requirements including the two starred *

Dolphin: Do five requirements including the two starred *

Butterfly: Do six requirements including the two starred *

Eagle: Do seven requirements including the two starred *

Owls: Do nine requirements including the two starred *

 

*1. Play mini-golf (Penguins & Otters 1 time, Dolphins & Butterflies 2 times on different courses if possible, Eagles & Owls 3 times on different courses if possible).  Learn how to choose the correct putter for your size.  Otters and up learn how to keep score.

*2. Learn the history of miniature golfing. What other names does it go by?

Optional Requirements:

  1. Participate in a miniature golf tournament
  2. Play miniature golf on a black light course
  3. On paper or computer, design your own course
  4. On paper or computer, design your own club
  5. Create a simple indoor course in your home or meeting area and play a round of mini golf on it.
  6. Create a simple outdoor course in your yard or a local park and play a round of mini golf on it.
  7.  Understand mini golf terminology.  What is par? Eagle? Birdie? Bogey? Hole-In-One? The Green? Spin? Teeing Off?
  8. Host a mini-golf tournament and give the proceeds to charity.
  9. Participate in a community service project that involves miniature golf.  You may choose to host a tournament and give the money to a charity, or possibly make portable miniature gold holes that can be donated to local senior centers or schools.
  10. Learn about the Pro Mini Golf Association and the World Mini Golf Sport Federation.
  11. Play a mini golf video game or app.
